Therapy for Adults and Teens

I provide individual therapy for adults and teens seeking support for anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma. I also provide pastoral and spiritually-integrated counseling when requested by the client.

Pastoral Accompaniment

Distinct from counseling, pastoral accompaniment supports the integration of spirituality and mental health while an individual is receiving counseling or other mental health treatment with another provider.

One a case-by-case basis, I provide therapy for children struggling with anxiety, OCD, and other mental health challenges. If you are seeking therapy for your child, please request a phone consultation so I can learn more about your child’s and family’s situation.

All therapy services are provided through a HIPAA-compatible telehealth platform.

15-minute phone consultation: Free

60-minute intake: $150

60-minute therapy session: $130

50-minute pastoral accompaniment session: $70

Sliding scale counseling: I offer a few sliding scale appointments each month for clients whose financial situation makes it difficult to access counseling. Email [email protected] for more information.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider with Cigna.

For private pay clients, I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.
