Therapy for Adults and Teens

I provide individual counseling for adults and teens seeking support for anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma. I also provide pastoral and spiritually-integrated counseling when requested by the client.

Pastoral Accompaniment

Distinct from counseling, pastoral accompaniment supports the integration of spirituality and mental health while an individual is receiving counseling or other mental health treatment with another provider.

One a case-by-case basis, I provide therapy for children struggling with anxiety, OCD, and other mental health challenges. If you are seeking therapy for your child, please request a phone consultation so I can learn more about your child’s and family’s situation.

session format

All therapy services are provided through a HIPAA-compatible telehealth platform. Most clients find this platform easy to use, and they appreciate the flexibility and comfort of attending counseling sessions at a location of their choosing. As long as a client is physically located in a quiet, private, safe location within one of the states/areas in which I am licensed (currently, Maryland and Washington, D.C.), a client is free to connect to the session.

fees – Standard

15-minute phone consultation: Free

60-minute intake counseling session: $170

50-minute follow-up counseling session: $150

50-minute pastoral accompaniment (non-counseling, not reimbursable by insurance) session: $70

60-minute intake counseling session: $120

50-minute follow-up counseling session: $100

I am an in-network provider with Cigna.

For private pay clients, I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.
